By default, no one other than yourself can see your presentation*. This is true even if you publish your presentation. If you want other users (individuals or groups) to be able to view, or edit your presentation, you need to grant them access using the Share & access panel. This panel also contains a ‘share link’ that you can use to send a presentation to your client – no login required. Click on the interactive graphic below to learn more.
*Please note: depending on the configuration of your system, the presentations you create may be visible by default to more senior system users in a managerial, editorial or administrative role.
